Content Property for Speed Up Loading of external file

I got multiple scrollers (sample 4) on a page working, but when scrollers are initially loaded and button is pressed to scroll the content, they flicker. Could it be that there is issue with the loading of external files? In the scroll.tp0.js file it states this and reommends to use content property to speed up loading, but I am not sure what to put in there. A number a code word? Help.
